Meltblown Oil only

Meltblown Oil only is the best to use where a large amount of water contains some oil. Some industry sector examples are offshore oil and gas rigs, harbours, and shipping. Also ponds and lakes are ideally suited.

Meltblown Chemical

Meltblown Chemical does identically the same job as Meltblown Maintenance, but is manufactured with high visibility yellow pigment added. This really is the only choice when dealing with aggressive or unknown chemicals.

Along with recycled synthetic fibres, our PRGN 100 and PRGN 150 absorbant products feature SpillLock^TM technology , which absorbs 150 times its own weight in aqueous based liquids. Our Oil Only Air Matrix™ products are soft, drapable and very absorbent. They are tough and durable meaning that they can stay on the task for longer, which adds to their appeal.

SpillLock^TM increases a fibre's absorbency by up to 150 times

Available in our PRGN Air Matrix Series, SpillLock^TM truly is an exceptional advancement in absorbent technology. It's a result of science bringing us entire new classes of materials. The future is very exciting, and new materials will dramatically change our industry over the next decade.

SpillLock^TM is a very small diameter fibre, which absorbs 150 times its own weight in water. We carefully mix a small percentage into the products containing SpillLockTM and the result is a transformed high performance absorbent.

The more SpillLock^TM, the higher the absorbency (Water wick has almost 30%!).
